Biografija

Tatjana has more than 20 years of experience in HR management in different industries across Southeast Europe. She joined Modulor in 2019 as an experienced HR manager that lead the HR sector in Mercator-S and Mercator Trade SEE as an executive director for almost a decade.

Tatjana believes that quality cooperation, incentives based and focused organizational culture, with the highest standards of work, is a prerequisite for achieving excellent business results and company development. She is licensed consultant for measuring organizational culture and organization effectiveness (Human Synergistics methodology), and provides coaching, psychotherapy (REBT) and applied TA principle in business. She has published 13 scientific and professional writings in the field of organizational psychology and human resource management.
